New tool automated a complex step of a CMS-required audit process and will reduce processing time by 50-75% with 85-95% accuracy. Acted as both project manager and change management specialist ensuring readiness for future enhancements and enabling a scalable rollout that will drive significant cost savings and operational accuracy.
     
  • Engaged with B2B Professional Services Provider to create a 5-year strategic plan, establish a company-wide IT portfolio prioritization process and led 2024 organizational program management and change management activities for dozens of projects including technology and business process changes.  Transitioned responsibilities to and mentored new PM leader in Spring 2025.
     
  • Worked with owner of fitness facility to establish a strategic plan for 2023, optimize operations and increase revenue which resulted in a 15% of gross sales in Q1.
     
  • Worked with technology equipment manufacturer to enhance IT operations in preparation for anticipated retail sales growth in next two years. Enhancing enterprise resource planning in an agile environment.
