Acted as both project manager and change management specialist ensuring readiness for future enhancements and enabling a scalable rollout that will drive significant cost savings and operational accuracy.
- Engaged with B2B Professional Services Provider to create a 5-year strategic plan, establish a company-wide IT portfolio prioritization process and led 2024 organizational program management and change management activities for dozens of projects including technology and business process changes. Transitioned responsibilities to and mentored new PM leader in Spring 2025.
